In Risk Management - we have been instrumental in establishing performance standards for managing Tailings Risks, but we have also extended this practice to managing other mining risks such as HV/LV interactions. Utilizing Bowtie-based analysis and other advanced methodologies, we help clients identify critical business risks and implement effective control measures.
Our Safety Improvement programs are designed to foster a culture of safety, reduce incident rates, and ensure compliance with international safety standards. We take a particular focus on Fatal Risks, and the organizational impacts, systems and individual contributions / human performance (at all levels) towards Fatal Risk exposures, behaviors and controls.
